Prosperity of Warriors Community Development Corp
We are proud to partner with Prosperity of Warriors Community Development Corp (POWCDC), a veteran-owned nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting veterans, their families, and the broader community. POWCDC was founded by a U.S. Army veteran who recognized the challenges faced by disabled, elderly, and homeless veterans. Motivated by a continued sense of duty, the organization was created to provide meaningful assistance to those who served our country. Since its founding, POWCDC has helped provide housing, food, clothing, and essential support services to hundreds of veterans and their families. The organization has received numerous honors for its work, including a Lifetime Achievement Award presented by President Barack Obama, recognizing its dedication to supporting senior veterans.

Programs and Services
Through POWCDC and related partnerships, a variety of programs and services are available to veterans and community members, including:
• Housing assistance and temporary shelter
• Affordable housing education
• First-time homebuyer support
• Computer literacy training
• Youth mentoring and counseling
• Employment and training opportunities
• Food and clothing assistance
These programs are designed to help individuals and families build stability and create pathways toward long-term success.
